We are excited to update you all on our newest community initiative: a vibrant mural in the
Salvation Army Community Resource Centre that embodies the core values of hope, service,
and dignity! 🖌️
A Vision Comes to Life
Over the past few weeks, Antyx has come together to transform an empty wall into a beacon of
optimism and unity. The mural, consisting of three panels, was envisioned as a symbol of hope
for the future, a celebration of the service that uplifts us all, and a reminder of the inherent
dignity in each of us.
Through its colourful, stained glass imagery, the mural reflects the unique fabric of our
neighborhood: diverse, compassionate, and committed to fostering a sense of belonging for
everyone. Every element was carefully designed to represent these themes: rays of sunlight,
open hands, and figures lifting each other up, invoke the desired themes of hope, service, and
dignified growth. Pictured is the stencilling of our first panel: hope!
